The Cornish Bellini Recipe

Ingredients:

·             50ml Creme de Pêche (chilled)

·             Camel Valley Sparkling Brut

Method:

Chill your glass – Use a chilled flute glass.

                      Add Crème de Peche

                      Top with Camel Valley Sparkling Brut – Slowly fill the glass so it mixes naturally with the Pêche.

                      Optional garnish – Add a fresh peach slice or raspberry!
