Select Aperitivo was born in 1920 on Murano, one of the many islands in the Venetian lagoon, and is distinguished by a complex aromatic profile and a well-balanced bittersweet taste and it's the star ingredient in the a Venetian Spritz - carefully mix three parts Prosecco with two parts Select and one part soda over ice, and then garnish with a green olive.
Select's deep, nuanced flavour comes from 30 botanicals, including rhubarb roots and juniper berries.
Tasting note: Extremely powerful and rich, with primarily bitter flavours from the roots and bark. Aromas of spices and tropical fruits mingle with citrus undertones.
