The Falerio is a venerable blend of Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino and This Falerio from Saladini Pilastri is a fantastic dry white from Italy’s Marche region. It is made from a blend of ancient, native grape varieties - Passerina, Pecorino and Trebbiano. It is a great antidote to Pinot Grigio and makes the perfect aperitif or partner to light meals. It has an elegant bouquet of citrus fruit and pear and on the palate there is a mix of tangy lemon, pineapple and green fruit. A lovely discovery!
