Sticky, sweet, gently smoky notes of charred, caramelised fruit, with toasted oak and vanilla, ripe bananas, layers of spice and cooked agave.
A superbly fruity offering from the folks at Rooster Rojo, made with a base of its Reposado Tequila, aged for twelve months in ex-bourbon barrels. The Tequila is then infused with cooked Red Spanish pineapples, imparting satisfying tropical notes of caramelised fruit to the spirit. Great for a tropical twist on a classic Margarita.
