This 100% Chardonnay is perhaps the richest, fruitiest of Nyetimber's wines yet. A golden colour, marked by delicate bubbles. On the nose the aromas are distinctly Blanc de Blanc - peach, citrus and floral notes backed by an almond-pastry-like richness. On the palate the citrus-fruit flavours give way to biscuity notes, and a exceptional balance and freshness is achieved. Very special English bubbles indeed.
