SPOKE Brink Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
This is a fascinating blend, hand-picked from the oldest Organic vineyard in Marlborough. Co-fermented in old French oak. This is complex and lively, with some fennel and grapefruit, as well as a core of yellow fruits including apricot, peach and plum. It is fresh, fruity yet rich and a fantastic expression of Marlborough. Screaming for fish and don't serve too chilled!
