Mother Root Ginger Switchel

Mix 25ml Ginger Switchel and 125ml of Soda Water over ice . Garnish with a lemon slice and rosemary sprig.

An intensely concentrated, ginger-flavoured drink. Unlike many other non-alcoholic products, there is no water in this switchel. Instead, organic apple cider vinegar is blended with blossom honey, fresh ginger juice, and ginger extract. They also adds a touch of chilli to give Mother Root a delicious, warming kick.
