Cherry red with a purple hue with violet iridescence. Aromas of red berries and delicate spices. Mineral background with expression of the mountainous terroir. On the palate it is light, silky, well structured and balanced, sensations of minerality reminiscent of the slate soils from which it comes. Pleasant and intense aftertaste.
A light, Galician red perfect for accompanying a wide variety of foods including the region's popular dish of octopus. The vineyards borders the rivers Sil and Bibei where the climate has extraordinary drops in temperature at night. This wine is full of light cherry and red fruits, with a refreshing acidity and subtle mineral notes.
