The Falvo family have historical cellars filled with state of the art equipment, stainless steel vats and french oak barriques that shows a commitment to absolute quality. As a result this Fiano is a very appealing fruit driven and aromatic wine. On the nose, sweet stone fruits mingled with citrus characters, white flower blossom and a hint of almond. The palate is silky textured with white peach and yellow citrus flavours balanced by a lively, freshening mineral note on the finish and a hint of wild herbs. Certified organic.
