Small batch and created from scratch at their distillery on the Cornish Coast. They slow-ferment organic molasses before distilling and then aging in oak for a minimum of two years for a mellow and naturally golden rum. Unique, sustainable and utterly delicious.
100% organic molasses wash, double pot-distilled and aged in oak ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of two years. There are aromas of bergamot and vanilla whilst the palate is host to honeycomb and gingerbread that lead to a toasted pecan and smoke finish.
Soil Association certified organic.
