The ripest parcels of PinotNoir were left on the vine and picked by hand at the end of October. These grapes were then crushed and partially fermented and aged in oak. With aromas of cherry, wild strawberry and subtle spice, the palate is wonderfully light and summery full of red fruits and gentle oak character.
Best served at 14-16c.
Bottled without fining or filtration, a small amount of sediment could be present.
