• Camel Valley Brut  – well chilled

• Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) – about ½ to 1 oz (15–30 ml)

Method

1. Chill your glass – Use a flute glass and make sure it’s cold.

2. Add Crème de Cassis – Pour a small measure (½–1 oz) into the flute.

   • Less cassis = drier, more champagne-forward.

   • More cassis = sweeter and fruitier.

3. Top with Camel Valley Brut – Slowly fill the glass so it mixes naturally with the cassis.

4. Optional garnish – Add a fresh blackberry or a twist of lemon zest for a modern touch.
