The Hinch Small Batch Bourbon Cask is one of an initial trio of new whiskeys from the Hinch distillery located just south of Belfast in the grounds of the Killaney Estate, which is located just outside Ballynahinch, so you can see where they got the name from. The Whiskey is matured in the finest ex Bourbon oak casks, this classic blend only uses the finest grain (75%) and single malt (25%) whiskeys.
Expect lots of those classic creamy bourbon notes.
