A delicious blend of Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Cot (Malbec) from one of our favourite producers. Ripe summery aromas of red and black fruits, think strawberry, blackcurrant, cherry and raspberry. The palate is similar with soft spices to accompany the delicious fruit. Rounded, mellow fruit, soft and subtle tannins with a finish that lingers beautifully.
Serve lightly chilled, pair perhaps with poached salmon and new potatoes.
