Glendalough Single Grain Double Barrel Irish Whiskey

Introducing Glendalough's new packaging – a refreshed look that honours our heritage in Glendalough and celebrates the crafting of their award-winning Single Grain Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.

Glendalough's Single Grain Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex-Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla, a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside.

They choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land, encapsulated in the liquid when they put their whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging.

These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to their Double Barrel Irish Whiskey. 

This single grain Irish Whiskey won Gold at the 2024 New York International Spirits Competition.
