Le Domaine d'Henri, Chablis 1er Cru L'Homme Mort Vieilles Vignes 2021

Extraordinarily fine and restrained for arguably Chablis’s most exuberant Premier Cru, this is an intense, precise wine with real focus. Lots of fine mineral notes wrapped up in viscous citrus fruit give a wonderful, textured finish.

Chateau La Croix de Gay, Pomerol 2018 - boasts a rich heritage with origins dating back to 1477.  A Grand Vin of Pomerol, the Chateau La Croix de Gay 2018 blends Merlot (93%) with Cabernet Franc (7%). The wine is aged in Bordeaux barrels for 18 months, 60% in new wood and 40% in barrels of one previous wine. Product of a very beautiful vintage for the Bordeaux region, the Chateau La Croix de Gay 2018 expresses all the typicality of an exceptional vintage of Pomerol.
