This is a blend of Rums distilled in the copper double retort pot-still and the continuous twin column stills of FOURSQUARE RUM DISTILLERY, and aged for fourteen years in ex-Bourbon and ex-Madeira fortified wine casks.

More specifically for the detail-oriented, it is a blend of three aged Rums: a fourteen year-old ex-bourbon cask, a fourteen-year-old ex-Madeira cask, and a dual-maturation comprising four years in ex-Bourbon and ten years in ex-Madeira fortified wine casks.

This excellent expression of Single Blended Rum is presented at 62% ABV, without chill-filtration, at its natural colour, and free from sweeteners and other adjuncts.

Nose - Juicy sultanas, pineapple, and zesty orange peel. Gentle notes of butterscotch underpin delicate nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger.

Palate - A soft, sweet rush of underripe pineapple, green banana, juicy ripe plum, more sultanas, and gentle toffee.

Finish - A warming embrace of oak, with an abundance of tangy, grippy astringency, dates and raisins. and cinnamon and ginger that lasts and lasts.
