After a decade of development and testing, their belief is that there is only one way to make world class sparkling wine in the UK. Reserve Blend is their signature style. The RB range draws on a 10 year library of reserve wines that they have curated and stored in their winery at Exton Park since 2011. The winemaker, Corinne Seely, composes each blend from a huge variety of flavours captured from their 60 acre single vineyard each year. This unique approach sets a new standard for contemporary winemaking. It guarantees excellence in every bottle, year-after-year.

They are, and always will be, a single vineyard producer, offering a level of quality and consistency rarely seen in the industry. They’ve spent ten years on a journey of innovation, and their Reserve Blends are a direct product of that journey. Coming soon will be a number of exciting Limited Release wines, separate from the RB range, that further showcase their flair for innovation.

The vineyard is built, quite literally, from the ground up, on the distinctive chalky soil that sets our sixty acres of Hampshire apart. The single vineyard has nine plots, carefully nurtured by Fred and his team, each planted at a different altitude and aspect, offering exceptional flavour variation in their grapes. They nourish and nurture their vineyard using the most natural methods possible, by planting wildflowers, grasses and cover crops and meticulously hand-pruning their 120,000 vines. Come harvest time, only the ripest fruit is selected and swiftly transported to the purpose-built winery at the top of vineyard. The fresh juice is then fermented for the first time, creating still wines which we add to our reserve library. The wines are now ready to be transformed through the skill and experience of our Wine Director, Corinne Seely.
