This Beaujolais Villages gathers the best villages of the north of Beaujolais. The soil is composed of small rocks that capture the sun heat to diffuse it during the night. After a vatting of 10 days maximum, the freshness, lightness and fruitiness reflect this cuvée. To enjoy the freshness and the elegancy of the wines from the 2023 vintage, drink it preferably between its first and third year.
