Near Pezenas lies this charming family business, currently run by Anne, Christian, son Benoit, and daughter Margot. Great-grandfather De Sutra Germa founded the estate in 1920. In 2000, Anne and Christian built their own cellar and converted to organic farming. Benoit studied oenology and completed several internships in countries including the United States and Argentina before becoming a key player within the company.
This wine has a ruby red colour, ripe cherries and raspberries on the nose, and a delightfully spicy flavour. A wine with the clarity of perfectly aged Cinsault. This wine can easily be served lightly chilled; it is medium-bodied and refreshing, made in the simplest and most natural way possible.
