The Dupont family has been making Calvados in the Pays d'Auge for more than 300 years. The VSOP is made from 3 different types of apple: sweet, bitter, and high-acidity. It sits in the glass with a pale copper colour, the nose is sweet and tart, and the finish is crisp.
