Ciu Ciu work tirelessly to innovate all the while maintaining and promoting the wine heritage of the Marche. Organic viticulture is used and the winery is organically certified, but this wine as presented in 5 litre Bag-in-Box does not hold certification. An easy blend of three native grape varieties: Passerina, Pecorino and Trebbiano - the same as their Falerio Oris Bianco.
A clear pale-lemon with green hues, the nose displays enticing aromas of honeysuckle, peach, pear and lychee. On the palate, medium-bodied with a well balanced acidity. The finish is fresh with a touch of spice. Try with spicy shrimps, tagliatelle with white truffle or cuttlefish with chick peas.
