Classic red wine from the southern part of the Rhone Valley. Predominantly Syrah with Grenache, a touch of Mourvedre depending on the vintage. Notes of violets and enticing aromatic red fruits. The Syrah vines are more than forty years old, and their well-established root systems probe the clay calcareous marl in search of moisture.
Vinification without sulphur for more purity and fruitiness. A slight addition at bottling to ensure the stability and ageing of the wine. Aged between 12 and 15 months in concrete vats for a wine that unites roundness, freshness and balance.
