Perhaps our most popular BATCH to date, certainly one that we hear the most about, was  BATCH 002, a hot sauce that paired the Bahamian Goat chilli and fresh mango. Perhaps there's something essentially charismatic about the chilli's name, perhaps it the succulence of mango, or perhaps it's the stand-out orange profile of the bottle. What ever the reasoning, the bottle has been warmly received. 

The popularity also extends to us. We adore the chilli and the resulting sauce.
