Bepi Tosolini I Legni Rovere Oak Grappa is rich and gently spiced. It opens with aromas of vanilla, toasted oak and dried fruit, followed by hints of caramel, almond and a touch of sweet spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, showing flavours of honey, apricot and soft spice wrapped in a warm, silky texture. Its deep golden colour reflects time spent maturing in oak barriques, while the finish is long, mellow and beautifully integrated.

Part of Tosolini’s I Legni (“the woods”) collection, this grappa is aged in small Rovere (Italian oak) barrels, giving additional depth, softness and complexity. Bepi Tosolini, based in Friuli, is known for elevating grappa through slow distillation and careful wood management, creating spirits of elegance rather than harshness. This barrique-aged expression captures that philosophy - a refined, contemplative grappa ideal as a digestivo, enjoyed neat or slightly warmed to release its aromatic richness.
