This brand new bubbly is 100% Chardonnay sourced from prestigious Grands and Premiers Crus from the 2018 vintage, which was exceptional.
Chardonnay is the essence of Ayala and A/18 is their signature champagne. Each parcel is vinified separately prior to the blend and aged for 6 years. Low dosage. Aromas of pear, grapefruit and jasmine, followed by honeyed tones, blood orange and pastry. Creamy texture on the palate with great purity and freshness and a chalky mineral finish.
