A wonderful dry rhubarb gin. The naturally tart flavours from the fruit are softened by a little Vanilla. Percet for summer evenings, drink with tonic or Ginger Ale and a twist of orange.

Rhubarb and Vanilla Gin
I bought this as a gift for friends who loved when they tried it visiting me in Cornwall. Not having tried it myself (despite being down to my last 39 different gins at home), I can’t comment on the drink. But I do know they are having trouble keeping the stuff in the bottle.
