Y Knot Tempranillo Merlot Syrah

Y Knot Tempranillo provides a great amount of bang for its buck. A blend of Tempranillo, Syrah and Merlot, it is bright red cherry in colour yet showing hints of a purple hue and offers a powerful nose with its aroma… alluding to its warm climate with bursts of ripe red fruit coming from the glass as well as a slight twang of balsamic vinegar. It is a smooth, easy-drinking wine and is pleasantly silky on the palate. It’s clean, fresh and packs a punch. 

A wine of Spain, Y Knot is produced in the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, located in the autonomous region of Castilla-La Mancha. A region in the heart of the country.

After being carefully harvested at optimum ripeness, the wines are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Perfectly matched with food, this wine will go best with pate, red meats and mature hard cheeses.
