One of the very best village Meursaults, aged in 25% new oak casks from the tonnellerie Cavin. Henri prefers Vosges oak as it marries well with his powerful, concentrated wines. With expressive buttery nose with hints of honey this wine has a mouth of beautiful bold aromas of very ripe fruit. Superb acidity buttresses the finish, leading to a slight flavour of hazelnut. Rich and opulent with no lack of freshness.
