Made using Cornish spring water and botanicals. The gin is distilled by hand in small batches using pure spring water from their own deep water source combined with fragrant botanicals and fresh citrus fruits. At the heart of this craft gin is a team of artisans who meticulously test each and every batch before hand bottling, stamping and inspecting before being released for sale.
Rock Gin from Cornwall have produced this deep rich blue coloured gin that remains a rich blue once tonic has been added. Aptly named after the 20 year old white Alsation named Blue that led to Cornish Rock Gin being born. This blue gin is orange in note with the distinctive colour coming from fresh Spanish Gardinias.
Enjoy with loads of ice topped up with Navas Garden Tonic Water and garnish with fresh blueberries.
